Upgrader Navigating Challenges to Acquiring their Dream Home.
Meet Andy and Wan Yu, a couple with 2 kids who stayed in a 5RM HDB. After sharing with them how they can actually upgrade without touching their savings and at the same time plan for their retirement, they decided to take action.
One of their main concern which is also a common concern for most upgraders; "Transition Period between Selling HDB and Buying Condo"
As they do not have the luxury of space in their respective parents' place, both A and W were worried that they may not have a roof over their head if their house is sold and their next house is not ready.
Second concern was whether they have enough time to find their next house.
